Automatic Lessons: FAQs
Can I drive a manual car if I pass in an automatic?
No. An automatic licence only covers automatic cars. If you might need to drive a manual later, you'd need to pass a manual test too.
Are automatic lessons easier?
Most learners find them easier because there's no clutch or gears. That often means fewer hours are needed to reach test standard.
How much are automatic driving lessons?
5 hours cost £185 and 10 hours cost £350.
Can I do an intensive or crash course in an automatic?
