1) Our Services

We offer regular, intensive and crash driving courses, mock tests, and instructor-led tuition sessions in Manchester. We aim to deliver high-quality, professional instruction tailored to each learner’s experience level.

2) Booking & Payment

• All lesson bookings must be made via our website or by contacting us directly.
• Regular courses: Payment is due before or at the first lesson. Intensive courses require full payment upfront to confirm booking.
• Payment secures instructor time and availability. We may cancel a booking without refund if payment is not received as required.

3) Cancellation & No-Show

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled lesson to avoid charges.
• No refunds or rescheduling are provided for lessons missed without proper notice (“no-shows”). The full lesson fee will be charged.
• In case of instructor cancellations—for example due to illness or emergencies—you will either be offered a rescheduled slot or given a full refund.

4) Student Responsibilities & Conduct

• You must comply with your instructor’s directions at all times and only operate the vehicle when instructed.
• You are responsible for your own conduct behind the wheel. Any fines, penalties, damage costs or insurance liabilities arising from reckless or unauthorised actions remain your responsibility.
• Our vehicles are insured for tuition purposes, but misuse or negligent behaviour may result in you being billed for associated costs outside of insurance coverage.

5) Intensive Course Terms

• Intensive courses require full payment at booking for block scheduling and instructor allocation.
• Cancellations after payment may be subject to partial or no refund depending on notice given and costs incurred. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.

6) DVSA Test Bookings

• Official DVSA test fees, dates and availability are outside our control.
• We are not responsible for DVSA test cancellations or delays, but we will help you reschedule your lesson or mock test where possible at no extra charge.

7) Liability & Limitation

We will provide driving lessons with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for:

• Any loss, damage or delay caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. extreme weather, traffic, DVSA changes).
• Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of time, opportunities or fees for failed tests.
• Failing to show up for a lesson or test—you remain responsible for fees as per Section 3 above.

9) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. We will post any updates on this page and revise the effective date.
